Downtown Canandaigua has been home to this nonprofit thrift shop since 2016. Sales support its community programs, which include a free food pantry near the back entrance, a free clothing program, and information on local resources for families and individuals in crisis. Its four rooms hold clothing for adults and children, housewares and decor, jewelry, toys and games, books, and DVDs, CDs, and vinyl records, along with incense and bath bombs.
New items go out every day, and every child who comes in gets to pick a free book. The shop is open five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday. Donations go to the Donation Station by the back parking lot. The pantry also accepts canned goods, snacks, diapers, and personal care items. Out front, a red awning hangs over front windows painted with a cartoon shark and a grinning red lobster.
