This nonprofit home improvement and resale store sells new and donated furniture, antiques and décor alongside appliances, cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, plumbing, tools, garden goods, paint and lighting. All proceeds support Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County in building safe, affordable homes for local families. It began in 2003 as a garage operation reselling leftover and imperfect construction materials and now fills a 29,000-square-foot sales floor.
Inventory comes from individuals, contractors, businesses and wholesalers, and donations are taken Monday through Saturday, with pickups available to schedule. A weekly sale email goes out to subscribers. The store is closed Sundays, and shoppers enter through dark green glass double doors beneath a white Habitat ReStore banner.
