Sales at Angels’ Attic Resale Willowbrook fund the programs Cypress Assistance Ministries runs for families in need, which include a food pantry, financial assistance, adult education and job training. The Houston resale store sells adult and children’s clothing, shoes, jewelry, home and seasonal décor, housewares, linens, books, toys, small appliances, electronics, baby gear and furniture. Its white sign carries a green angel logo, and dark metal gabled roofs top the front walkway.
The shop takes donations six days a week, gives a charitable receipt for every gift and uses a pickup form for large furniture. It won't accept mattresses, car seats, large appliances or broken or stained goods. Each year it opens a Christmas Room, and its Gift a Gown program gives free prom attire to Cy-Fair ISD students. The store is closed on Sundays.
