Mondays are the only day 2 Broke Friends opens, and the thrift store keeps that single-day pattern every week. The shop does business in Arlington, Texas, under the same easygoing name it carries on its sign. Inside, one wall is faced with weathered, mismatched wooden planks in tones of gray, tan and brown. That wall holds a cluster of lighted signs, among them a glowing neon outline of a bottle and a large white sign lettered in heavy black script.
