Ark Warehouse in Marble Falls collects furniture, appliances and clothing and passes them on to families in need through a voucher program. It is run by the Ark of Highland Lakes, which has brought churches together since 2018 to help neighbors in crisis. Families need a voucher from a local helping agency or school to get free clothing. Anyone can shop the home and office furniture, appliances, clothing and home decor, and every purchase supports the Ark's mission.
Donated items also stock the Ark's Transformational Living homes and help families recovering from house fires, floods and other disasters. Furniture, appliances and clothing are accepted during open hours as long as they are in good working order, and volunteers sometimes restore pieces that need repair. The warehouse is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
