Every purchase and donation at the Prices Corner ReStore in Wilmington supports the affordable housing work of Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County, an organization that has spent more than 40 years bringing people together to build homes, community and hope. The store resells new and used items, and Habitat also runs an online ReStore. On the sales floor, a white cinder-block room is set aside for tile and flooring, with area rugs hung on wooden racks.
Donations can be dropped off during store hours, and the store is open five days a week. A free regular pickup service collects accepted items from a home, garage or storage unit when they sit at ground level or within six steps. A paid priority pickup handles items outside those limits.
