Its sales fund the community programs of Assistance League of Greater Portland, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) service organization working in the greater Portland area since 1961. That money supports Operation School Bell, which provides vouchers for new school clothes to students, along with Assault Survivor Kits of clothing and toiletries for victims of sexual assault, scholarships for students entering vocational trades, and enrichment for youth at the Cordero residential treatment center. The organization also partners with community providers to help unhoused people, domestic abuse survivors and those facing emergencies.
