Columbus, Georgia, is home to Chapman's Thrift Mall, a hometown thrift mall built around booth vendors rather than a single seller. More than 75 vendors rent space under one roof, and together they stock thousands of items. Antiques, collectibles and vintage pieces sit alongside home decor, furniture and jewelry.
The racks and shelves also carry clothes, shoes, baby items, toys, bedding and kitchenware. Shoppers can also find sporting goods, small appliances, books, records, videos and rugs. Sellers who want their own booth can apply through the mall's vendor program, and the inventory changes as each vendor restocks. The mall is open six days a week and closed on Sundays.
