Redwood Gospel Missions runs this charity thrift store in Santa Rosa. The mission also provides emergency shelter, meals and faith-based residential programs. Donated items and sales from the store pay for necessities for the people in its shelter and programs.
Donations are accepted with clear limits. Small items should come in boxes or tied bags, and appliances must be clean and working. The store does not take mattresses, cribs, car seats, stuffed animals, VHS tapes or furniture that is damaged or needs repair. CDs and DVDs are welcome, and boxed Christmas items are accepted from October through January. The shop is open six days a week, stays open into the evening at least one day, and closes on Sundays. Its storefront has deep blue paneling set against white walls.
