Tulsa has been home to Quality Thrift Store since 1991, and the shop has spent more than three decades selling secondhand goods to the city. It is a local, independent store. Its stock covers the closet and the whole house: used clothing, used furniture, and mattresses and bed springs.
Smaller household goods fill out the rest of the store, including small electricals, larger appliances, kitchen utensils and bric-a-brac, along with used books and toys for children. The doors are open seven days a week, Sundays included, and the store stays open into the evening. The storefront is easy to spot, with the word "Quality" in big yellow letters above "Thrift Store" in deep red, mounted on a cream paneled facade.
