Savers in Yorba Linda takes donations and sells secondhand goods seven days a week, staying open into the evening. Donors bring clothing and shoes, bed and bath linens, books, toys, housewares, electronics, small appliances and small furniture to the donation center, and each drop-off earns a discount on a later purchase. Savers pays the American Red Cross for donated goods, though shopping itself does not benefit a nonprofit.
On the sales floor, there's clothing for the whole family, along with dinnerware, accessories, books, housewares and electronics. Every Tuesday is Senior Tuesday, with a discount for shoppers 55 and older, and Super Savers Club members get access to sales just for them. The bright red donation center tower stands next to the yellow storefront with its red Savers sign.
