Donations are taken in and sales are rung up at the same Fort Wayne location, the Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center. Bold red letters spelling FAMILY STORE sit beneath the red Salvation Army shield on its gray front. The store is open six days a week, stays open into the evening on at least one of them, and closes on Sundays. Money from its sales goes toward the charity's adult rehabilitation programs.
