Tulsa Super Thrift sends all of its proceeds to Green Country Adult & Teen Challenge. That ministry is part of Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma and runs a low-cost program for adults facing life-controlling issues such as homelessness, emotional pain and despair. The store has served Tulsa for more than three years. It carries clothing, furniture and household goods and offers daily discounts on select clothing tags.
Donors can bring items to the store, where staff will unload them, or leave them in one of the blue donation boxes placed around town. A free donation pick-up service is also available by appointment. The shop is open six days a week, stays open into the evening and closes on Sundays. Its red-and-blue Super Thrift sign hangs on a long green metal awning.
