Six days a week, Hillsdale Community Thrift keeps its doors open in Hillsdale, Michigan, closing only on Sundays. Its large blue sign spells out the store's name in white, with the word THRIFT in tall block letters across the middle. A line printed beneath that word states the store's purpose: helping the area's non-profits.
