Six days a week, from Monday through Saturday, The Fuller Center opens its doors to shoppers in Vandalia, Illinois, and Sunday is the store's one day closed. Its trade is secondhand retail, with previously owned goods on the shelves instead of new merchandise. The shop carries the Fuller Center name on its own page here, separate from any other business in town. Vandalia, a city in south-central Illinois, is where this thrift store makes its home.
