Lighthouse Church Thrift Store runs as a ministry of Lighthouse Church, a congregation in St. Petersburg, Florida. The shop is part of the church's wider ministry work, and it is managed by the church itself rather than by an outside charity or a commercial reseller. Its doors open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Donations are accepted, and the church handles questions about giving items through its own ministry staff. Dates for the thrift store are posted on the church's event calendar alongside its other gatherings and activities. The store closes for the entire month of July each summer and then reopens on its regular weekly pattern afterward, still operating as one of the church's ministries in St. Petersburg.
