All proceeds from Restored Resale go to DeMotte Christian Schools, which teaches students from preschool through 12th grade. This De Motte, Indiana shop sells housewares, home decor, furniture and lamps, antiques, and clothing and shoes for the whole family. It also carries accessories and jewelry, books, magazines, music and movies, crafting supplies, electronics, linens, sporting goods, seasonal items, and toys, games and puzzles.
Restored is open five days a week and stays open into the evening on some days. Donations come in through the back door off the alley during store hours, and drop-offs stop 30 minutes before closing. The store asks that donated items be clean, safe and in good enough shape to buy. It also runs weekly specials.
