Seven days a week, the Goodwill in Elkhart, Indiana, welcomes shoppers, with hours stretching into the evening on at least one day. Money from selling the goods donated here goes toward job training and employment programs in the region. A large blue "Goodwill Store" sign, set beside the organization's square logo, marks the front of the building.
